Welcome to Blue Bolboretta!  We are two spanish artist who want to share our creations with the world. Every item in this shop was created handmade with love and care. Hope you like them! :)

PAYMENT

We only accept secure payment via PayPal which accepts all major credit cards. Your goods will be shipped on clearance of payment.


SHIPPING

Your package will be sent from Spain via the spanish national postal service "Correos" , in a Registered letter, which includes tracking and signature on delivery. Average Delivery times :

- National (Spain) : 1-3 working days
- Europe: 2 to 4 working days.
- Everywhere Else : Depends on the country.

Shipping prices are calculated on weight and size and include the cost of shipping materials. 

If you would like to add shipping insurance, or would like your items shipped more quickly, please contact me and I will adjust the shipping price accordingly.



REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 7 days after purchase. We will refund the purchase price minus Paypal fees back to your Paypal account once we receive the return. You are responsible for the original shipping costs and return shipping fees. Any item returned must be in the same condition at time of shipment and shipped in the same packaging that was sent to you. 

Please ensure that address details are correct at the time of purchase. We do not accept responsibility or replace lost delivery if they were sent to an incorrect address.

We are not responsible for the losses,damages and any duties, taxes, fees or delays that may be assessed by your Government.

Our items are not waterproof. We are not responsible of misuse damages.
